750K for a 2 Bedroom Condo. How much is the carry cost each month? I guess about 3500 per month if they put down 20%. I bet they could rent the same place for 2000 per month. See the disconnect? But very soon they are going to be in "Ass Land".

Read this fucktards. Oh by the way don't believe those retail numbers. The mails and gas stations are fucking empty. Chuckie has no more money.

100 Ocean Parkway is @ Caton Ave. Caton is a truck route and LOUD. I once looked at a sponsor sale in that bldg.--the apt was not even emptied; it looked like someone had been eveicted and they hadn't even let them remove their things or didn't even bother to remove the folk's belongings before showing it.

I love the mirrored lobby in 100 OP.

You're an idiot if you think you can rent a 2 bedroom/2 bath 1400 sf for $2000 in Prospect Heights.

This isn't 1990, The What.

Please get a clue.

You are so boring, tWhat. Why don't you comment on both listings, since you obviously don't have a job and have plenty of free time to read on-line.

You you pay for your internet access, or do you steal it?

"I love the mirrored lobby in 100 OP."

You like the look of an asshat fucktard. I'm sorry, I couldn't hold back. Your probably a terrific person.

I really want to know where the tWhat was for the last few weeks?

- Donald Trump Real Estate Learning Annex convention
- Internet "Cut and Paste" Classes
- "Talking out my ass" bootcamp
- "Loving thy selve" workshop
- Superbowl?

Tell us tWhat, tell us.

Price doesn't seem that unreasonable for a nicely sized (if 1400 sq ft is accurate), 2BR, 2Bath place only a block or two from GAP. Don't know much about the building or the space though, so I can't comment any more than that.

A place this size would rent for 3000 a month, so purchasing it is actually better than renting after you factor in the tax deductions.

The What knows nothing.
