Is that a true 1-bedroom in J Condo for $500,000 or a converted studio?

oh, and unless there have been numerous studios in 85 Livingston at $425,000...the only reason that one sold in 'one day' is because it was taken off the market and put back on. otherwise, that one's been sitting around for months.

Sorry, but the Robert Livingston is in Downtown. Never has been considered part of the Heights and never will be.
