If that red shack were in Carroll Gardens, Corcoran could ask 1.7 mil for it.

Is that a curb cut?

Where's the freaking driveway!

I'm making an offer at ASK!

Yeah, what the hell is that shitshack? Is it like a house or something. I see something similar at the end of my block and everytime I walk by I cant figure out if it is a home, storage shed, crack house, or what?

4:54 there was obviously a driveway between the two buildings and then someone built that late Federal style building between the buildings where the driveway used to be.

Positively dripping with detail, this diamond in the rough awaits your personal touch.

That was a garage that was converted to a crack house. The agent was able to close the door so you couldn't see the whores and pimps inside.

Dont laugh too hard - Knock it down and it becomes a semi-valuable lot - might have decent FAR.

Is that where your mother lives 5:28?

Posted by: guest at January 9, 2008 6:25 PM

That's where Russo Realty's moving.

Posted by: guest at January 9, 2008 6:29 PM

I think this is where The What lives.
It was built originally as a Kool-Ade store.

6:25, does your mother know you visit this site and post here?

It's a classic--a dimly witty anticraft statement from the DIY period. Punky, early 80s, from the look of it. Maybe housed drug addled early era Brooklyn arts pioneers, probably dreamed of being or fucking Sonic Youth. I'm not suggesting landmarking, just a little respect. Great air rights, too, way under FAR.

Anyone know exactly where in Bed-Stuy Goldman is planning to build?
