Development Watch: 31 Kosciusko Street

Despite being just down the block from 192 Spencer, this new 12-story building at 31 Kosciusko Street has managed to fly under our radar for the past several months. We don't know much about it (neither the architect nor the owner rang a bell) other than that it's slated to contain 23 units over a gross area of 27,000 square feet. Details anyone? This building is rising fast. I see it when I catch the train at Bedford-Nostrand. Lots of hipsters north of Lafayette, but no real neigborhood up there.

I live about 3 blocks away and have been watching them build for a few months now. Will be a great boost for the neighborhood if the finishes, layouts, and prices are on point. Should have some killer views from the upper floors. The neighborhoods got great potential (right btwn CH and Bed Stuy), its just a shame that 192 Spencer is such a monstrosity. No more info on the project/developer Mr B?

actually, we like 192 Spencer. have to check in to see if sales have improved.

I think this area is prime for a couple of nice mid-rise buildings. It's right near Pratt, a couple of blocks from G train. I'm curious to see how this turns out and what the pricing is like.

GREAT AREA,GREAT PROJECT,THIS AREA IS BECOMING FAST THE (NEW) EAST VILLAGE OF BROOKLYN,YET WITH A LOT OF TASTE.I LIVE AROUND THE CORNER,I RENT AT THE MOMENT,I DID NOT BUY YET BECAUSE THERE WASNT ANY SUITABLE PRODUCT OUT HERE FOR ME IN THIS GREAT AREA.I AM LOOKING FWD.TO BUYING A CONDO IN THIS BUILDING AT ANY PRICE.
