Amendment 1: Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion....
Marty should be ashamed of himself.

Totally concur, this practice should stop and Marty should be ashamed of himself indeed. How about celebrating Ramadan in front of City Hall or Kwanzaa or some Buddhist holiday?

Actually Marty does celebrate both Ramadan and Kwanzaa. During Ramadan he holds an Iftar - Fast Breaking meal where he honors Muslim community members who have worked hard toward the betterment of Brooklyn in the previous year. During Kwanzaa he lights a Kinora which stays lit throughout Kwanzaa. As for the Buddhist or Hindu celebrations I am sure if the Buddhists and Hindu's approached him, he would sponsor it. Queens by the way has the largest Hindu and Buddhist populations in the city. The Queens beep should definitely be doing something to hone those tradtions. I say the more the merrier.
