The "Endangered NY" article is truly frightening. The fact that tearing down the 34th Street post office building and Macy's are even mentioned as a possibility is just horrifying. This city is going to shit. It's appalling.

I actually find some fo your factoids useful but please 5K for rent in Fort Greene already and has existed and is still far more affordable than other areas near by which are all going over to ATMs and such.
One day the AY are going to end this war.
