An apothecary no less.
Very nice.
pretty soon the area will have an actual
butcher store and hardware store and maybe even a florist or stationers. Like a real, grown-up neighborhood.

J-Condo?... some crap building with paper-thin walls and the decor of a Marriott in Schenectady? Old Brooklyn will still be standing after this thing falls down. You represent idiocy.

"pretty soon the area will have an actual butcher store and hardware store and maybe even a florist or stationers."
The neighborhood actually has had a good hardware store for quite some time. It's located on Front Street. There is a great butcher counter in Forager's and there is a sign in a Front Street storefront announcing a florist. There are several boutiques like Stewart Stand and Spring where you can buy printed cards. Also Power House arena has a nice selection of note and gift cards.

Hey Josephine,
It's going to be prety hard to stay away from the store, considering you live on the same block. We're not jealous of your negativity!
