Wasn't the Classon Avenue/Emerson Place property owned by the J Condo developers?

No, it's not. The border is Franklin Avenue. Most people think that it's Washington, but there's a high school on the corner of Classon/E. Pkwy called Prospect Heights HS, and an old synagogue east of Classon that has a sign stating its service to the Prospect Heights community since 1929.
