I hope the ceilings are high (10+ feet), concrete thick, and they use QueitRock instead of regular drywall.

Could be a great building to live in or another crap building in Brooklyn.

and maybe a meteorite will fall on it and then a chasm will below and the remaining scrap will fall to the center of the earth.

The developers have been allowing a demolition company to store their equipment here for about a year. Backhoes and dumpsters come and go on a regular basis so I'm not sure if their most recent arrival actually means that excavation is about to begin.
