I'm so excited about the compass idea, outside the subway entrances! I hope they implement that quickly. It's so funny too, because I was thinking yesterday about that exact idea, when I got all turned around exiting a subway. That they could put N-S-E-W signs on a pole attached to the subway entrance. Putting it in the sidewalk is even better.
