Stinky Brooklyn: Cheese 101
Today, Stinky Brooklyn presents "Cheese 101," an introduction to the myriad cheeses of the world. The seminar will focus on the stylistic differences that define each type. Community Board 2 Meeting
Tonight at 6 p.m. Community Board 2 will hold its monthly public meeting at the LIU Health Science Center, Room 119. (It's the first building on the right when enterng the campus at Dekalb and Hudson Avenues.)
Brooklyn Repertory Opera: Fidelio
Today, the Brooklyn Repertory Opera performs Beethoven's only opera, Fidelio, with a full orchestra. Wednesday, 7:30 p.m. $20; $10 students and seniors. Brooklyn Lyceum, 227 Fourth Avenue. (718) 857-4816.
