Yeah Riiiiiiiight. Inflation is out of control. If they used food and gas prices for inflation, it would be about 10% per year. Nice try!

They jumped right back in at the top?! Brilliant. Falling-knife-trading. They should have rented 'til bottom. They'll regret it. Lower values don't mean best values. That BS about not wanting to sell because of the yard...whatever.
