DUMBO Crime Prevention and Safety Seminar
Today, join the Dumbo Improvement District for a seminar on crime prevention and safety at Rice/Lowbar. Officers from the 84th Precinct will cover topics including recent break-ins, vandalism, panhandling, and building security. Contact jane AT dumbonyc DOT org to confirm attendance. Thursday, 5:00 p.m. 81 Washington Street.

CB6 Committee Meeting
The agenda for tonight's CB6 meeting includes a public hearing on 75 Luquer Street, as well as a presentation from representatives for the Department of Housing Preservation and Development. They will present on the 152 units of housing that would be built on and near Columbia Street in Red Hook. Thursday, 6:00 p.m. Long Island College Hospital, 399 Hicks Street, corner of Atlantic Avenue.
