Condos Sold, 20 Broadway Preps for Some Pinot

20broadwaywinebar.jpg
Now that the Broadway Riverview at 20 Broadway in Williamsburg is sold out (sales prices ranged from $530,000 for an 883-square-foot unit on the third floor to $1,140,000 for a 1,279-square-foot place with a large roof deck on the top floor), it's time to hook the 14 condo owners up with some amenities already. And what could be more Williamsburg 2007 than a wine bar!

I actually think it makes sense. Why not have an upscale alternative for a drink around here?

Hmm... Williamsburg 2007...

We could really use a local chapter of Assholes Anonymous.

This is going to be Bridge vineyard's tasting room (they grow there grapes on LI)

- DOC is opening a wine shop on Broadway as well, next to Dressler.

Also a huge (16,000 sq.ft.) gym is opening on South 6th street between Driggs and Berry (www.somahealthclub.com).

according to http://www.bridgevineyards.com/, their tasting room is going to be at 457 Grand, not on Broadway
