According to the archive, if this is the same unit (which I think it is considering the photo), then the listing price went up 50K since posted in March. Doesn't it make more sense for the broker to show a larger positive change than a smaller negative when posting these sales numbers?

That is a good yellow. Not too "citrus", not too warm either. It's buttery.
