The clinton Hills studio has been on the market a lot longer than 156 days. I looked at it back in Feb or March. Thought it was crappy.

Brownstoner Dude, what did that S.Portland house everyone's raving about end up going for?

Anyone know what happened to that 2-bedroom flat overlooking Greenwood? It had a huge deck (1200 sq. ft.). Can't remember who was listing it. It was featured under condo/coop-of-the-day on Frownstoner.

The Lefferts Palce conods have been with Corcoran for that long; before that they were with the Developers Group for at least six months -- small apartments, no washer-dryer or even laundry in the building and no elevators. Who would pay that much to live there? Insane.
