I remember when that mansion on 8th and Union was boarded up completely. When it was being renovated into condos in 94 ( I think) I was not the only person who cried, "But. . . but. . .but. . that is MY mansion!" Ah well.

You can rent out your unit at 110 Livingston, but if you sell in the first two years, you have to pay a flip tax to the condo board.
