Development Watch: 114 4th Place
Foundation work’s been under way at a narrow site on Fourth Place for a couple months now, and we’re wondering what the future holds for the site. According to plans submitted with the DOB, a Manhattan-based developer is building a six-story residential building with four units. The development’s going to rise nine feet higher than the 50-foot mark neighborhood activists want to see new Carroll Gardens buildings capped at, but as far as we know this particular project isn’t in the crosshairs of the CORD crew. Anyone seen renderings or have more specific details about this baby? GMAP P*Shark DOB
