Development Watch: 128 North 10th Street

128north10thstreet.jpg
On a 25-by-75-foot corner lot at 128 North 10th Street in Williamsburg, White Plains-based KSQ Architects has designed a six-story, 8,300-square-foot project that will house six floor-through units. It's not necessarily a selling point, but the apartments will have unfettered views of the Scarano project going up across the street. The developer on the project is Mitchell Rutter's Essex Capital Partners. We couldn't find any renderings on KSQ's website but weren't particularly encouraged by the other things they've built. Scarano's building is going to squash that job like the bug it and its porno star wanabe developer is.

Long live the blogs.

BTW isn't Rutter the guy who had the unions put the rat up in front of his Madison Ave office for building non_union and busted up the building next to his Scarano job at 4th Ave and Carroll street? Anyone know, whatz up.
