Development Watch: 307 Baltic Street
Foundation work's been fast and furious at this modest development site on Baltic Street between Smith and Court since work permits were issued at the end of August. The developer has owned the property since '95, and DOB filings show he's fixing to build a four-story, eight-family house. The design for the 9,500-square-foot structure is by Sears Tambasco Architects, who are also responsible for this development in Bay Ridge and this one on Kent and Myrtle. They're both above average, in our opinion, so maybe this one'll be okay too. GMAP P*Shark DOB

For some reason, I'm not feeling too optimistic on this one.

All we need now is for The What to post coherently and dogs and cats will be living together! Mass hysteria!
