Development Watch: 200 Livingston Gets Its Siding On

Since 200 Livingston topped out in July, the construction crew has been focusing on putting up the blue-gray siding. (What kind of material do you think it is? Some kind of aluminum?) You can also see that there the windows are going to be pretty big. How do you think the 250(ish)-unit building is looking? More photos on the jump.

I walk by this building every day on the way to the Hoyt St. station. They've put this building up amazlingly fast; particularly when you compare it to how slowly the interesection of "pop + luxury" has taken to get completed.
Its a bit out of scale for the block, but not a bad building.
Curious how many other skyscrapers are planned around here?
Anyone know anything aobut the apartments?

I'm pleasantly surprised at how this building is turning out. I've been watching it rise from my apartment and I can second what the first poster said about the speed of construction. You should have got some pictures of Schermerhorn House while you were over there. That one has been shooting up fast recently too.

i like the skin. . . cool facade with great window size. It looks like there doing it right with the central air instead of cheezy wall units
