Comments

It is unfortunate that three people died in the Ditmas Park fire. This home was illegally being used as a multifamily dwelling. They were all members of the same family but the house was divided into smaller apartments. DOB must increase inspections and when a home is sited as this one was, check back to ensure compliance.
