is that 70 Hoyt Street address correct?
What building is that?

Seems like a very good price on the North 11th condo (~$500 psf). Any reason why it went so cheap and/or sat on the market for a year?

Does anyone know anything about the Kensington place? As I am quickly being priced out of any apartment I could have ever afforded in the heights, I find myself with little choice but to expand the horizons.

The place on Hoyt has high ceilings in the main floor, but surprisingly little light because it only has two regular-sized windows, in the front of the unit. It's on a corner, but one side faces a parking lot. One of the levels is a basement, with no windows, and the highest level actually has ceilings of maybe a little less than 8 feet.
