That's Hotel Le Bleu, NOT Blue.
Please - show some respect for the high level of sophistication arriving imminently to Gowanus.
The concierge services are going to be amazing! they'll include unfettered access to auto and office supplies, dialysis treatment, assistance with the obtainment of hack licenses, and flat fixes!

just wondering where i ranked in amount-of-time-it-too-my-eyes-to-roll while reading the price of a parking spot article. For me it was when it discussed the family's need for the pied-a-terre as they travel in to the city several times a week as part of the children's modeling schedule. Seriously? I mean they are cute kids but blech. I'm sure their mother was more than happy to pose with them for the pic though...

Thought that webcast on LeBleu was great - at least the views. Not that I could/would stay there but when restaurant opens will try it out.

Re:parking spot article. This story reads like one of those lifestyle stories in New York Magazine - "Oh, poor me, I can't keep up, I only make $1M a year, and it's just not enough to make ends meet."
Those kids will grow up the be the entitled snobs of the future, you can tell already.
