Go, Mike, Go with the congestion pricing! Hope that passes. Anyone have another viewpoint on this? I keep thinking it's a fantastic idea because, but (you guessed it) I don't drive and commute on subway.

i agree. great idea. there should be an exception for the elderly and disabled. they should not be taxed.
