Development Watch: 175 Spencer Street

175spencer0707.jpg
The transformation of Spencer Street continues. At 175 Spencer Street, a six-story, 35-unit building was getting close to topping out when we passed by a couple of weeks ago. (It was at the foundation stage back in February.) Interestingly, the 33,000-square-foot structure is designed by Kossar and Garry Architects, the same firm responsible for the Kodachrome building across the street that we like. Does anyone know if the Mondrian theme is going to carry over to this side of the street?

I'm sorry, I just find this street so depressing...

The stone word looks like a replica of the "kodachrome" building. I wouldn't be surprised to see this one with the same facade.

I like.
