Demo Done at Site of Ratner's Dekalb Tower
Demolition is finished at 80 Dekalb. As we reported back in May, the Ratner-controlled site, which is at the corner of Rockwell Place, will be the home of a 36-story residential tower designed by Costas Kondylis. Anyone heard when construction will start?
