80 Metropolitan Taking Expressions of Interest

80metpage.jpg
80metrender0707.jpgThere hasn't been a lot of news on the former Dutch Mustard development now known as 80 Metropolitan since Curbed busted out some renderings back in May, so we were interested to see on Street Easy yesterday that a placeholder site has gone up at 80Metropolitan.com. Two things of interest here: (1) Halstead won the marketing rights; (2) The cheapest apartments will be in the $400,000 to $600,000 range. Can any anonymous Halsteaders share any more with the group? The 400-600k range is for parking spaces only, not apartments.

You won't be eating mustard anymore once Atlantic Yards goes up.

For NY City, this is pretty nice. A big brick or concrete box.
