Great photo of the Lyceum.
By the way, does anyone know if this building is owned by an artist or artist supporter? If it's owned by anyone else, I suspect that it might eventually be sold and converted. Fourth Avenue is becoming popular and, as we all know, artists are usually one of the first groups to get the boot.
