Wow, those Boymelgreen Fuglies look like highway-side Holiday Inns or those hasidic housing complexes in S. williamsburg. Not like Park Slope is exactly a happening area, but to dump this crap on it? I do feel bad for the locals.

Interesting article on 130 Court street -- esp the part where it gets approval from LPC for something out of scale with the neighborhood. How corrupt is that agency? And I quote:
She said she was aghast that the Landmarks Preservation Commission ever approved the project. “God forbid you change the hardware on your front door if you are private citizen, but if you are a greedy developer you can put up an entire floor,” she said.
