Absolutely gorgeous corbels and gingerbread trim. Anyone know the address of this house? I've probably passed it without really seeing the details. Windows are really well done.

nice color selection, note the window sash are a different color than the window frame. This is often the way windows were treated in 19th c.
I try to explaint this sometimes to people but they think it sounds silly.

I believe it's on Grand Ave btw Greene & Gates or Gates & Fulton. I love these windows too and have noticed them on high end Brooklyn Heights/Cobble Hill renos. It's that indented vertical mullion (correct term?) that's so attractive.
