those houses aren't in Greenwood Heights! that is my (old - just moved) block, 11th St between 3rd and 4th Aves in Gowanus/Park Slope. the green house was among the first to re-side in clapboard, started a wonderful trend on the block.

The green house is elegant.

I love that block and have friends there. We recently re-sided a S. Slope frame with hardiplank and I always wander down to that block for ideas on trim, painting and the like. Such a great sampling of the style.
