Who've the most prolific developers been in Brooklyn over the last two years? The quants over at The Real Deal just tallied things up. The envelope please:

3. Katan Developers - 700 Units( 11 Projects)
4. Boymelgreen Developers - 655 Units (9 Projects)
5. BFC Partners - 648 Units (3 Projects)
6. United Homes - 636 Units (9 Projects)
7. Palin Enterprises - 517 Units (2 Projects)
8. Toll Brothers - 480 Units (3 Projects)
9. SDS Procida - 469 Units (4 Projects)
10. RAL Companies - 449 Units (1 Project)

I count almost 6500 units from just these 10 clowns.
In today's papers there were a minimum of 10 articles about the fact that the middle and lower middle class are being displaced and moving out of this city. These are the same people who are the main contributors to the tax base of this city.
So how many of these 6500 units will be made available to the people who pay the taxes to facilitate all the tax breaks that the Katan's & Boymelgreen's are benefiting from.
