9:15 a.m. Workmen are digging up the sidewalk in front of 70 Washington in Dumbo as we speak. Wazzup?
12:30 p.m. Yup, it's definitely pipe work.

i heard they're tearing out the concrete sidewalk and replacing it with wood blocks as in the days of yore. trying to offset the j condo or something. it's like the 20th century NEVER happened!
