628/SF seems like a steal for a condo...but right on BQE - very busy/noisy - common charges seem reasonable - if schools are strong seems like a bargain...well done buyer

There is private, gated parking for this building. If they managed to get an apt. on the Cheever Street side, as well as a parking spot, it appears to be a good deal. PS 29 is the local, and is a good school. If they bought on the BQE side, they'll slowly go insane.

we used to rent here. fabulous roof deck and views from bqe side. heat is a nightmare and the elevator is always broken. still, congrats

Are the taxes listed monthly becasue if so this is no deal. Imagine shelling out close to $3,000 a month on top of mortgage and maintenance.
