Development Watch: 352 21st Street

352_21street.jpg
We hadn't noticed this new building at 352 21st Street until we drove by a couple of weeks ago. It's an eight-unit, 9,200-square-foot residential building that, were it not for those balcony railings, would look pretty good to our untrained eye. We know nothing about its sales status though. Timing? Prices? Any neighborhood chatter on this one?

it's funny because it's nice but it sits right next to the worst house on the block . you know the one with the cars that pull up at all hours of the night with the stereo's blasting, the one that leaves the front door wide open for the feral cats to come and go from. the one that the police arrested eight people from last week. yeah that's the one this sits next door to.
