Development Watch: 656-662 Bergen Street

658-660Bergen031507.jpg
Bergen Street is getting a new 11,300-square-foot residential building. The four-story building is a Karl Fischer design that, based on the ceiling height alone, doesn't look too promising. Blech. GMAP P*Shark DOB

c'mon, it's a legitimate concern. the ceiling heights are a real indicator of quality.

Issac Fishman is the developer. Get ready with the cement for the illegal square footage..

Fishman is the lowest form of life on the planet and has no regard for anyone or anything especially his own home which we can all visit at 1735 47th st which has a stop work order and numerous violations.
