Co-op of the Day: 25 Plaza Street West

Through no one's fault but our own, we managed to delete the text of this post. If anyone has it cached, please email it to us. If not, suffice it to say that we thought this 1,300-square-foot two-bedroom looked quite attractive and a decent deal at $899,000.

if your choice was a co-op in PS, I can't think of a better location that, amazingly, continues to get better - i.e. Flatbush around the corner. Wary of lack of photos but price seems very reasonable due to relatively high maint.

I live around the corner and prefer this neighborhood to PS, but couldn't help but notice a number of sizeable 3 bedrooms in 321 school district for the same or lower price, which make this seem aggressive in contrast.

so close to transportation (2/3 and q) views of the new richard meier and grand army plaza, a nice grocery store on flatbush, etc.

if people even realized how close this is to downtown if you work near wall street, this is SO much closer to work than the upper west or east sides.
15 minute commute to wall street, great schools.

This building is zoned for PS282 in District 13. Not considered as prime as District 15.

I live in this building and it's very well managed and maintained. The only issue is noise between floors. Problems between upstairs and downstairs neighbors is frequent and contentious. I think more and more about soundproofing.
