$613 psf in Brooklyn Heights seems like an awfully good deal, especially considering the cheap maintenance.
Not surprising it went so quickly.

That picture you show is NOT 90 Remsen Street. I can walk around a bit and figure out which one it is, but it isn't 90 Remsen.
