Time for the Brownstoner Readership Survey
As we mentioned a couple of days ago, we've been preparing a reader survey that we're hoping everyone will take a couple of minutes to fill out. In addition to helping us to wring a few bucks out of advertisers in the coming months, we're hoping it'll be interesting data for the readers to see. Who isn't just a little bit curious about what percentage of readers already own their own home? Or how many of you rolled the dice with a variable rate mortgage instead of a fixed? i don't know if you care, but there are people who don't identify as either male or female. i know i would appreciate it if you chose to amend the survey.
also, for ownership the options are condo co-op or house. does house include commercial property like apartment building (over 4 units)?

The male/female comment is hysterical...stuff's getting so messed up its not funny...no wonder the rest of the country hates the people on the coasts...
It's like "Life of Brian" himself/herself thing...

please note the only reason we spend do much on renovations yearly is because we bought a fixer upper---hopefully in the near future that will change!
