anyone seen the brooklyn properties graham home for old ladies apartment? it has been sitting for a while. Over priced?

Wow, I know nothing about pricing, but thats a beautiful apartment IMO. Totally modern apartment within a historic building with a cool drive way and some garden space? Is this overpriced?

I LOVE THAT BUILDING! It's like something in a posh part of London or Cambridge Mass. Gorgeous. Have to check out the Brooklyn Props link .. . .

I love that place too. Does it have red-dyed mortar?

Icky! Open shelves with exposed metal brackets that look like they should be in a garage or workshop, not a kitchen.
If this is "modern" then you can keep it. I like wood cabinets with actual door. Some all wood to hide what I don't want seen, and other with glass to show what I do want seen.

yeah the kitchen shelvs and bookshelves are lame but if that is what is holding it back then the buyer will be happy, it is a cheap fix.
actually i think it is more that this is the highest psf the graham condos have sold for so far, and in turn, probably close to the highest in the area: $700psf ..
