New Merch on Myrtle?

building
It's going to be interesting to see what opens up in this corner retail location at 362 Myrtle at Adelphi. The folks who just dropped high six-figures in the new building next door must certainly be curious. GMAP

i am SO curious, and very cautiously optimistic about what might be moving in here...

I doubt those units sold. Plus they still have a vacant commercial on the first floor.
At this site? I say bodega.

Any idea if they went close to asking? Seemed kind of pricey for Myrtle.

Pretty close, we believe

I think the ground floor unit at 362 Myrtle (Myrtle/Adelphi) is still up for grabs for about $4500-5000 per month. Wanna open a cafe? This would be a great space, wonderful space for a sidewalk cafe.

The folks at the Myrtle Avenue Brooklyn Partnership probably know more: www.myrtleavenue.org
