Development Watch: Hicks and What?

development
Faithful documenter of all things Brooklyn justiNYC sent along this photo yesterday of a new-build on Hicks Street overlooking the BQE (at Degraw, he thinks). We're wondering whether it might actually be this development at Hicks and Kane that we looked at last March when it was getting off the ground. Anyone know fer shure? GMAP

Those terraces will be great (if ever they cover over the BQE trench).
Until then I guess can store your bicycle.
However those on other side of bdlg. facing harbor got some great views.

Weird to pop open my browser and see the building that I see out of my window everyday.

The photo obscures the really ugly variably-colored bricks that they're using.

And they went a little nuts with the density of "decorative" window/doorway frames.

Am I missing something or is that in the middle of nowhere and next to a highway?

It's a Gino Vitale.

yes to the highway, but I wouldn't say middle of nowhere. It has neighbors of similar size, as well as row houses.
