A whole year on the market for the Brooklyn Heights place? That can't be right. Or maybe there were offers that were accepted by the seller then declined by the co-op. That could be one reason it stayed on the market that long.

Williamsburg one got price chop... it is listed at $935k - that is still way way way too much for that place.
