I'd really be interested a "state of the market: dumbo edition". I looked at 70 Washington back when it came on the market and I was wondering how sales now are compared to the original offering prices. Ditto with Clocktower units this year vs last. They seem to move often enough that this data should be out there.. if I knew where to get it
