Checking in on Windsor Terrace's Simone
Over the weekend, photoblogger Atomische posted this visual update on the Simone Condos to his eponymouse website. The big change from the photo we ran back in mid-September is that most of the floor-to-ceiling glass windows and doors are now installed. Has anyone heard an update on the timeline for these puppies?

Dont know the timeline but it looks like several are already under contract according to the Corcoran site...so I would assume it would be soon? They seem to be building at a snails pace though. Maybe that means they are putting in quality work .. or maybe they are just slow.
The views must be pretty sweet. I love Greenwood.
