That's Me in the Corner, Losing My Lotline Windows
This photo of this North 1st Street development site was forwarded to us by justiNYC. Located next to the Mill Building, this project has us a little confused. Either this is going to be a very short building or a bunch of people with existing lot-line windows are going to be very bummed out. Which is it? GMAP

That 9000 sq ft lot is part of The Mill Building condominium. It is (will be) a (pretty spectacular) gated garden for the building and in the front the entrance to the underground parking. The lot, that is part of the condominium has a light and air easement. There are no lot lined windows.

Is it just me or does justiNYC seams to go down a lot? It's a hit or miss with that website.
