It was a weekend of bad news, it does not look good for Brooklyn at all.
1 Woods was arested and it looks like we might lost broken angel
2 Disneyland in red hook
3 No real troley but fake cheesy buses imitating troleys

Location, location is a classic example of why it is silly to compare the NYC real estate market with what is going on nationally. There is too much one-size-fits-all analysis out there.

It's true. Whatever might be going on out west or in outer suburbs, developers remain very bullish on Brooklyn.
