Live, Hot Demo at Old Dutch Mustard
Despite the inclement weather on Saturday, we were able to snap an action photo of the bulldozers bulldozing away at the Old Dutch Mustard building in Williamsburg. According to Curbed, Steiner Equities is planning some sort of hotel (can you say 'boutique'?) for part of the site. Given that the lot is a full block wide, that could theoretically still leave room for some slick 21st-century condos, no?
