Catching Up in the Burg: Movies and Manufacturing

We happened to mention to justiNYC earlier this week that we were lacking photos to wrap up a couple of the Williamsburg items that have been reported in the past week and he kindly obliged. First up, a photo of 221 McKibben Street in East Williamsburg, which the Greenpoint Manufacturing and Design Center Bought for $25 million and plans to divide into 25 spaces for small manufacturers. Second: A photo of 136 Metropolitan Avenue (at Berry), the site of the future Williamsburg movie theater that Curbed has reported on a couple of times recently but we had yet to see a picture of. Thanks, Justin!
